Reid Spaulding is a member of the firm, practicing primarily in the area of civil litigation defense. Mr. Spaulding routinely defends governmental entities and their employees in federal and state courts in Tennessee. Mr. Spaulding's main litigation focus deals with defending police officers involved in civil rights litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Spaulding practiced law in the State of Illinois with the firm of Frederick and Hagle in Urbana, Illinois. Mr. Spaulding routinely represented plaintiffs in litigation in state courts throughout Illinois involving personal injury and workers compensation matters.
