Jon Roach effectively advocates for his clients, devoting 75% of his practice focus to litigation. His areas of expertise include governmental law, professional liability defense, civil litigation, municipal law litigation and commercial litigation.

Mr. Roach's more than 40 years experience secures for his clients the confidence they need to usher in civil justice. He has argued numerous cases in all levels of court proceedings from trial to the Tennessee Supreme Court. He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by both the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. He is also an Approved Rule 31 Certified Mediator with the Tennessee Supreme Court.
