Dan Pilkington is a member of the firm. Mr. Pilkington represents individuals, businesses, and governmental entities. He focuses his practice on litigation and has handled complex litigation in both State and Federal Courts. He is an experienced trial litigator and has appeared regularly before the Tennessee Court of Appeals as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Pilkington also consults with and represents business entities dealing with employer/employee relations, transactions, contracts, and purchase agreements.
An East Tennessee native, Dan Pilkington attended East Tennessee State University where he obtained his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Pilkington was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2005. In addition, he is also admitted before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
