Dan Pilkington is an associate attorney with Watson, Roach, Batson, Rowell & Lauderback, P.L.C. Mr. Pilkington has represented individuals, businesses, corporations and governmental entities. He focuses his practice on litigation and has handled complex litigation in both State and Federal Courts. He has appeared before the Tennessee Court of Appeals as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
An East Tennessee native, Dan Pilkington attended East Tennessee State University where he obtained his Bachelor in Business Administration. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Pilkington was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2005. In addition, he is also admitted before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
