Firm Highlights

Nathan D. Rowell has been rated as a Preeminent lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. The AV rating is the highest rating a lawyer can achieve. Reviews occur in stages over the course of a lawyer's career typically after a United States or Canadian lawyer has been admitted to a state or provincial bar for 10 years or more. Personal interviews are conducted by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell representatives, confidential questionnaires are distributed and, at times, lawyers under review may be asked to provide professional references to assist with the process.

Hanson R. Tipton and Reid A. Spaulding became members of the firm effective January 1, 2009.

This year's class of 35 attorneys was chosen from across the state.

Dan R. Pilkington was recently nominated and elected as a Barrister of the Hamilton Burnett American Inn of Court. The American Inns of Court are an amalgam of judges, lawyers, law professors and law students. The Inns of Court are designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar.
